April 07 Happy monday!Hi Chrissy, how you doin? It is another monday, my weight is still at 29 pounds lost. I am one away from 30 pounds!! Our church is doing a 6 week biggest loser contest, the winner takes home 100 dollars, i am determined to be the winner because i sure could use that money!! Plus you know me I love competition. I guess they will take the highest percentage of total body weight lost to determine the winner. Of course its all in good faith because nobody has to share their weight, we just go in every week and log in how much weight we lost. It starts next sunday, so i am pumped!! Well I hope you are doing well, talk to you soon!! March 31 GO CHRISSY!!You are pumped, keep it up those pounds will be melting off!! It sure is hard work though, isnt it? Im loving the weather outside, if there is anything that will get me going more than i already am it is the nice weather. Nothing lifts the spirits more than a sunny warm day! I lost another pound which puts me at 21 pounds now. I had a good day at work today (day shift)
My feet hurt and I am going to bed. Will check messages tomrrow. Have a good one! March 29 Hi Sarah!WOW! You are doing great! When I get hungry I eat a sponful of peanut butter. It really helps. I finally hit 20 pounds! I have lost 20 pounds! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think it will take another 20 before people really start to notice. Congratulations on all your weight loss. See I knew you could do it. Just don't stop! We can't stop and gain it all back like last year when I lost like 13 pounds. We have to keep going. And I want to come down for one week for a fun week like last year. We can go for walks and really work out! I do eat three meals a days and healthy snacks so my metabolism doesn't go down. I wish it would get warm enough for me to run outside. I love my outside (get away from the kids) runs! Hubby, Alex says your never going to catch him. But I think you pretty darn close! He's lost 35 pounds now. He's working out 2 hours a day! Well I am off to work out. Tomorrow I have to work day shift. So if I am not to tired I will work out at night. I have worked out all week except Wednesday and maybe tomorrow. All that work and eating good for one lousy pound. But at least I hit the 20 mark. Losing weight is hard because I'm older. Your still very young. Not even 30 yet. Once you hit your 30's like me, it seems harder to get off one pound. But I can't give up. But I tell you this I never look at food the same. I pass up so much food. I think I never want to gain all that weight back ever again because it's just to hard to lose. Way to hard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never want to see the 190's again. Or 180's or 200's. I have vowed to never ever be there again. I would like to get to never get past 150 ever again. I am short 5'1 so between 130 and 150 is good for me. I just have to get there first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your 10 pounds away from being under 200. Once you make it. You should never let yourself go over 200. You see your taller than me. 5'8. I worked out Monday and today, Tuesday! Staying strong this week. My legs are hurting right now as I write this! March 20 WOW!That's fantastic. I just got off the treadmill and elipical. Alex did his work out. He lost 31 pouonds!! I am losing weight slow, but I am trying so hard, even working out every day. Keep up the hard work! I broke open my "skinnier" bag of clothes!My friend Erica asked me about clothes sizes, if I was fitting into a smaller size yet. Up to this point I hadnt even tried a smaller size of clothes, I was just enjoying my "normal" clothes fitting me a bit looser. So anyway I open up my "skinnier" bag of clothes and pull out a pair of pants that my sister had bought me a while back. These pants would not even fit over my thighs and butt at that time. Well I easily pulled them over my thighs and butt and I even got them button and zipped!! They are a little tight on my still, BUT I GOT THEM BUTTON AND ZIPPED!!! I got really excited, i started trying on shirts that were way small and tight on my and they are actually looking good on me! Im sooooo excited, plus I stepped on the scale this morning and I was down another two pounds so I am four pounds away from 30 pounds weight loss, talk about being pumped!!! =) March 18 GREATWOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your gonna hit 30! I just can't beleive it! We are doing it! I am only at 19 pounds. I did lose 20 like I wanted to. This is cool. Well I am off to workout right now early this am. And then another workout this afternoon with Alex. I bet i can do more than you today! LOL. Lets write down our numbers and see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! March 17 Im down 24 pounds!!Hey chrissy, two more pounds this week for a total of 24 POUNDS!!! I am nearing the 30 pound mark and am as pumped as ever, I will never be over 215 again, YEAH!!! How did your weigh in go? It sounds like you did a lot of working this week, and you are doing awesome with your weight!! Do you feel you can control your eating more when you are working? Let me know how you did. I have been doing great with my eating, working out not as well as I should be. I can tell I'm losing weight, but of course its not as fast as I wish it was =) But its enough to keep me pumped and going, my next big goal is to get under 200, I will have to throw a party for myself when I reach that goal, of course it wont involve food!! Less than two weeks until the reunion birthday party with my old youth group, I am still working super hard to knock off as much weight as is realistically possible by that point. I got really motivated after watching The Biggest Loser. So yesterday I ate
Breakfast - two eggs and toast
Lunch - 4 chicken nuggets and Pepsi
Dinner - Salmani sandwich with two pieces of thin meat, water
Snack - half bag of popcorn
Worked out for one hour. Did level 2 on my cyclipco. Now that hurt. Burned almost 400 calories in 30 minutes and then went to the treadmill for 30 minutes burning 200 calories.
Waking up this morning feeling good. Weighed myself. Nothing lost. : (
Ready for another day.
Breakfast - yogurt which I will have after I take Matthew to school at 8:30am. My body's aching. Haven't worked out hard in 2 weeks.
I am really proud of your 23 pound wt loss! You did a fantastic job. We will be thinner by your birthday party in June. I am kicking it up a notch! I lost my computer for 2 days with the ice storm. I called the company and got $20 knocked off my bill. I have being doing good. But I need to work out twice a day. I have been so tired lately. Sounds like you have been doing fantastic! |
